603 Bar-B-Q

Holy s**t this is some of the best BBQ I've ever put into my body. 603bbq in Concord, NH for a definitive win here in the New Hampshire BBQ scene for sure. These guys have broken the "Matrix" with their brisket sandwich that I had, Keanu Reeves would be proud. I worked as a pitmaster at KC's Rib Shack for almost five years & would have thought it couldn't get much better, but I was horribly wrong. The BBQ from 603bbq was like having a orgy of flavor inside of my mouth where nobody was left out. Located next to Lithermans Limited Brewing Co. in the same building, they're a great companion to pair some of their beers with. They deliver their food to the brewery from the kitchen next door & sitting next to a couple at the bar who ordered a killer platter (Pictured below) & were having a "When Harry Met Sally" moment eating, I figured I'd just waltz over after & try it myself. With the lingering taste of a excellent beer MISGUIDED ANGEL DIPA still on my pallet I grabbed that bomb brisket sandwich I was talking about earlier to absorb the flight & pint I had sucked down previously. The mac & cheese side that came with it was fire & a nice hefty portion, along with the sandwich I thought I would have to find someone to roll me to my car after. They should keep a wheelchair handy just for that situation, since I'm sure I am not the first to get that full. After the sandwich the guys hooked me up with a rib to sample that was biblical in flavor being super tender & juicy with just the perfect amount of sweetness to the finish. I also was given a nice big turkey leg to take home which paired perfectly with the SNAKE OIL BAPTISM Lager 6-pack I scooped when I left Lithermans. The guys who run it Andy, Ben, Jake & Andrew really have something on a different level happening here & were super friendly & accommodating. Looking into the kitchen while placing my order it was super clean & practically spotless, which is a tall order when working with anything BBQ related. They say enjoying food is the next best thing to sex & what these guys have been doing here proves that. Amazing spot!! Visited Concord for a wedding and found this spot on Google. Went the first day by myself and was blown away by the food. Returned the next day with two more friends that arrived and we had even more food. The guys were super nice and the meats were literally melting in your mouth. I hope I will be visiting the area again soon, because this is must spot to eat at!!

Walking over to the restaurant made us nearly forget that it’s still winter. The cold air, infused with the luscious smell of Texas BBQ hinted of the possibility of a splendid meal just beyond their door. Upon entering, we found that the 603 Bar-B.Q. restaurant offers takeout, as well as dining in. We were there for a late lunch and were kindly directed to make selections from their a la carte menu. We chose the special Sample Platter that we were told will serve two people. Along with three kinds of barbecue dipping sauces, our food selections included Prime Beef Brisket, homemade Teriyaki Sausage with Jasmine Rice, Pork Belly meat in a savory sweet sauce, and sides of home style Baked Beans, Mac-n-Cheese and real homemade Coleslaw. —Must say, everything was super good, tasty and VERY SATISFYING; and especially so, because the barbecue was far more flavorful and robust than what might be offered at other barbecue places. The food had an AUTHENTIC Texas flare that’s straight from the HEART! We loved it, and the service was very nice as well. So yes, it’s not fancy, but it’s highly recommended. Prices reasonable. Note: The 603 Bar-B.Q. Restaurant is located in the back area of the small industrial park.

Best brisket in the Northeast. Easily. Mac and cheese, cornbread, baked beans; everything is incredible. Litherman's Brewing is right next door. Place your order at 603 and then go grab a beer at Lithermans and they will bring your food over to you. Other popular BBQ places that get mentioned. We've got Big Fatty's in White River Junction VT, that is awesome as well but I'd still put 603 above it. Firefly's down in MA is great too, their burnt ends are magical. I'd still put 603 above it. Long story...well...longer. GO TO 603 BBQ AS SOON AS YOU CAN, IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE*. *Okay, maybe it won't change your life (or maybe...only one way to find out) but, regardless, it is the best BBQ in this part of the world. Go there. Eat the food. Have your mind blown. It's been a long week, treat yourself.

I have never craved BBQ before, but this just might be the exception. Every time I come back to NH to visit, I need the pork belly burnt ends. (I took my boyfriend, who was raised in Texas, & he loves it too)

Great low key experience. Food was excellent and the staff were awesome! The sauces were nice but a little peppery. Go early they run out quickly and when it’s gone it’s gone!

My son has been raving about 603 BBQ, saying he literally almost cried the first time he had it. After hearing that, we couldn’t wait to try it ourselves. We finally made it there after the holidays, and let me tell you—it was hands down, by far, some of the best barbecue I’ve ever had. Everything about the experience was top-notch. The atmosphere is inviting and full of good vibes, the customer service is outstanding, and of course, the food speaks for itself. Absolutely worth the venture. If you haven’t been to 603 BBQ yet, it’s a must-try.

If I could sum the whole experience in once word, it would be "perfect". I haven't had the chance to visit as many BBQ places as I would have liked but this place is absolutely great and is 100% worth visiting. We had the mac & cheese with pork belly burnt ends and let me tell you, if you haven't tried this, you should definitely try it asap. It was just wow. The loaded Nachos with pulled pork was an amazing combination of flavors which made our experience even better. Service is top notch and you'll get your food faster than any fast food place.
